Quality management

Our quality management is critical to our company. We endeavour to meet international standards in order to make our processes transparent and safely implement quality specifications. We use modern measurement devices and continuously carry out production controls. All processes are performed and successfully completed in compliance with quality and certification specifications. Our employees are given support in the form of continuous training and education to further their knowledge and enable them to work on their own initiative.

Protecting the environment is a top priority for us. Our ISO 14001:2015 certification shows that we are committed to meeting all legal requirements relating to quality, environmental protection and occupational safety.

Only by doing so can we play our part in making sure we create a healthy environment for future generations.

Avoiding damage to the environment
Avoiding damage to the environment before it even occurs and keeping pollution to a minimum is just as important to us as the use of environmentally friendly products and processes. In addition, environmentally sound innovations are being developed and used. Avoiding and reducing waste takes absolute precedence over recycling and dumping.

Declaration on
RoHs 2011/65/EU

The RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU restricts the use of certain substances including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and halogenated flame retardants PBB and PBDE in electrical and electronic equipment.

Hereby we declare that all delivered product with all its containing parts and components contains less than the RoHS limits stated below for the six restricted substances and is in conformity with the Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

This declaration is based on analysis, vendor supplied analysis or material certifications, supplier declarations in any means, and/or lab test results of the component raw materials used in the manufacturing process of Maske products.

This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or installer.

Restricted substances referred to in Annex VI in the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and maximum concentration values tolerated by weight in homogeneous materials are:

  • Lead (0,1%)
  • Mercury (0,1%)
  • Cadmium (0,01%)
  • Hexavalent chromium (0,1%)
  • Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) (0,1%)
  • Polybrominated diphenylethers(PBDE) (0,1%)

Declaration on the
REACH Regulation (EC No. 1907/2006)

Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)

In accordance with our duty to provide information pursuant to Article 33, we declare that our products contain no chemical substances or contain the chemical substances listed below in the so-called ‘Candidate List’, pursuant to Art. 59 (1) and (10) of the REACH Regulation (substances of very high concern / SVHC) in a concentration > 0.1%. We will immediately inform you if, following adjustments to the ‘Candidate List’, chemical substances newly added to the list are contained in our products in a concentration > 0.1%.

We remain committed to complying with the applicable restrictions on substances pursuant to Article 67.

If we source substances from outside the European Union / European Economic Area, we will meet all the importer’s obligations, including registration. All substances subject to registration contained in our products and delivered to our customers are registered by us or our suppliers.
